Executive Summary

With the passage of time, the duties and responsibilities of the Legislative Aide tend to expand to cover a whole lot of things. Besides their responsibility to their bosses, the Legislator, they also have responsibility to the constituent, the National Assembly and the Nation.

While it is admissible that the Legislative Aide carries out the duties assigned by his or her boss, there is also that unspecified duty to for him or her to be conversant with the goings of the National Assembly for the benefit of his or her boss, the National Assembly, the Constituents.
